Thank you for your patronage of our playground facility. We hope you are happy with the lush playground in a rural setting. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may ask us for, credit, or exchange slot. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All requests must be postmarked within 7 days of the date of slot booking that has been fully paid. Cancellations of slot booking on the day of play is not accepted.

RETURN PROCESS

To request a replacement slot, please email customer service at stumps.cg@gmail.com

Your Company Name

Attn: exchange of slot booking date, time, amount. Any grievance/reason for refund request

REFUNDS

After receiving your request, please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your request. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
